This 1991 book by Massachusetts attorneys Leonard and John Ullian was specifically written for individuals with financial problems. The book helps you understand, in laypersons terms, the potential benefits of personal bankruptcy. It also clearly explains the differences between Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy. The book has not been updated since 1995, but if Leonard and John can find the time, they hope to eventually write an updated version of the book. The book is 159 pages and was very well received by consumers upon its publication. There were approximately 8,000 copies of the book printed, which have all been sold or distributed except for a few remaining copies.
