Leonard Ullian
Leonard Ullian is the founder of The Law Office of Ullian & Associates, which he started over 30 years ago. Mr. Ullian obtained his undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University, his M.B.A. from Columbia University, and his law degree from Suffolk University Law School. He has appeared on CBS ("48 Hours"), various television news programs and radio talk shows discussing bankruptcy law, and he has been quoted numerous times in newspaper articles on business and bankruptcy. Mr. Ullian represents both individuals and small businesses needing bankruptcy protection.
John Ullian
John Ullian received his undergraduate degree from Ohio Wesleyan, his law degree from University of Toledo Law School, a Masters in Education from Northeastern University, and in 2006 obtained his Doctorate in Education from Boston University. John joined his father‘s law firm in 1984 and focuses on bankruptcy law, divorce and domestic relations matters, litigation and school law. He is licensed to practice in both Massachusetts and Florida.
John teaches at Boston University (teaching a graduate school course on School Law) and at Simmons (teaching a graduate school course on Special Education Law). Previously he had been an instructor at Northeastern University for over 20 years in the paralegal program. He was appointed as a board member and arbitrator with the Massachusetts Bar Association Legal Fee Arbitration Board for several years until 2006. He also served on the Needham School Committee after he was elected in 1998.
